Sriracha Seasoning
Dehydrated version of the bottled sauce adds a nice kick to anything you cook. Sprinkle on mango, watermelon or cantalope. Add to popcorn or french fries. Use as a dry rub or just saute your foods and sprinkle in! Ingredients: Dehydrated sriracha sauce, garlic, onion Sriracha Dip: 2 tablespoons Sriracha seasoning, 1/4 cup sour creamm 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon honey and add chives if desired. Blend well and serve. Sriracha Marinade: 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Seasoning, 2 Tablespoons oil, 1/4 cup cold water. Blend then coat desired meat, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cook as usual. Use with chicken, port, fish or shrimp! $6.95
