Bema and Pa ’s VEGAN Chocolate Mousse

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

12 oz.

Silken Tofu, drained and stirred to smooth out

1 cup High Quality semi-sweet chocolate chips (like Guittard)
4 Tbsp. Bema and Pa's Chocolate Raspberry Balsamic
  fresh raspberries for garnish
 
   





Directions:

Using a blender, add tofu and puree until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl

2. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler (be careful not to get Any Water in it), remove from heat and mix in Bema and Pa's Chocolate Raspberry Balsamic a little at a time while you stir gently
3. Add melted chocolate mixture slowly into the tofu while stirring gently to blend thoroughly. Once all the chocolate mixture is blended in well, transfer to serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour

When ready to serve, top with a couple raspberries and enjoy.

You can also top with shaved chocolate, cookie crumbles, non-dairy whipped topping or even a little drizzle of more Bema and Pa's Raspberry Balsamic!
