Bema and Pa ’s Garlic Cilantro Cauliflower

Ingredients:
| 1 head |
cauliflower, broken into small florets |
2 Tbsp. |
| 1 tsp. | ground cumin | |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt | |
| freshly ground black pepper to taste | ||
| 1/4 cup | Bema and Pa's Garlic Cilantro Balsamic | |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesan cheese, finely shredded | |
| Directions: | |
| 1. | Preheat oven to 450 degrees |
| 2. | In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, Mission EVOO, cumin, salt and pepper |
| 3. | Spread cauliflower mixture onto a large baking sheet with sides. Roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom, about 15-20 minutes |
| 4. | Remove from the oven and return to a large bowl. Drizzle with Bema and Pa's Garlic Cilantro Balsamic and sprinkle with cheese. |
| 5. | Return to the baking sheet and then the oven until cheese is melted and most moisture is evaporated, 5-10 minutes or so. Serve immediately |
