Bema and Pa ’s Blood Orange Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup

wild rice, cooked

1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp. dried cilantro
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
2 cups mixed spring greens
1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup Bema and Pa's Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil





Directions:
1.

Toss wild rice, pecans, dried cranberries, cilantro and ginger together

2. Divide greens equally into 4 equal parts on serving plates
3. Top each plate of greens with a portion of the wild rice mixture
4.

Sprinkle Feta cheese over each plate of greens

Drizzle Bema and Pa's Blood Orange EVOO over all the salads! Serve and enjoy!
