Pa's Peach Pork Chops

Ingredients Serves 2:

1/4 cup Bema and Pa's Peach Balsamic
2 Tbsp. Bema and Pa's Mission EVOO (or not)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sprig thyme, remove leaves, discard stem

Fresh peach (or canned if you must), pitted and sliced. Reserve for garnish





Directions:

Add first 4 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and combine well

2. Pour into a re-sealable zipper-type bag, add porl chops and seal well trying to remove as much air as possible. Put into a bowl, just in case adn place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate to a yummy Peachy goodness
3. When ready to cook, remove chops from the marinade, grill or broil chops until done (don't overcook or you will dry them out)

Pour marinade in a small saucepan over low heat and cook to boiling to reduce slightly. Reserve for plate presentation.

Plate your chops; add the peach slices and drizzling wtih the reduced marinade
