Bema and Pa ’s Garlic Cilantro Cauliflower

1 head

cauliflower, broken into small florets

2 Tbsp.

Bema and Pa's Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
  freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Bema and Pa's Garlic Cilantro Balsamic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded



Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, Mission EVOO, cumin, salt and pepper
3. Spread cauliflower mixture onto a large baking sheet with sides. Roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom, about 15-20 minutes

Remove from the oven and return to a large bowl. Drizzle with Bema and Pa's Garlic Cilantro Balsamic and sprinkle with cheese.


Return to the baking sheet and then the oven until cheese is melted and most moisture is evaporated, 5-10 minutes or so. Serve immediately
