Black Walnut - Dark and Reduced to Perfection! Have a taste of our Black Walnut Infused Balsamic Vinegar with it's great taste and bold accents. Add to sauces and you'll swear you've added a good red wine.  Drizzle on tomatoes and there's a marriage made in heaven.  Terrific on salads, vegetables, strawberries and more!  

Smoke - Is Dark and Reduced so it's thick and slow pouring with a subtle Smokey taste that gives the feel of BBQ in a light and satisfying way.  Terrific to cook your favorite protein as well as vegetables and your favorite potato dish! Chef Terry LOVES with any Legumes! 

Strawberry Peach - White and reduced a bit.  Strawberry Peach Infused Balsamic is referred to as our Dessert Balsamic and our 2nd best selling White.   It's wonderful sweetness comes from not only the white grapes but strawberries and peaches too!  Your taste buds ignite with a swirling combination of fruits and just a hint of tangy Vinegar.  Replace your sugary jams and jellies on your favorite whole grain breads and muffins or top off your green Kale salad.
